Secure bootloader update Sdk12

Hi, I have bootloader ,Application with buttonless dfu (with FreeRTOS) and S132 v3.0, Flashed SD3.0 and then bootloader with debug support. After updating application zip package via bootloader my issue is that bootloader starts DFU update after 100 % completion,again bootloader returns to DFU mode due below error

First time if bootloader is flashed , We need to generate boot loader settings and flash ?

Srikar, I am about to implement buttonless DFU with SDK 12, FreeRTOS and S132 V3.0.0. Did you have to make any modifications to the DFU code to get it work with FreeRTOS? When I was using SDK11 S132 V2.0.0 I had to make a few mods to get it to work.

Darren,Still am not sure nordic have taken care to freertos related changes to sdk dfu code which was required in SDK11. In my case if am enabling DFU services in freertos application and getting above error .If I can resolved this will know we need to make changes to dfu code

Resolved above issue after adding the change in devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ ,but still cannot update device software from application
