Where is the SD version in .hex/.bin file?

I'm trying to change the SD version number of a test-S132-file, soI can "see" that the DFU was successful in my app. I can already read the current version (from 0x300C in flash) successfully, thus I now where it should be in flash / the .bin file.

Although, I am not able to find the current version (which is 0x81 for the s132_nrf52_2.0.0_softdevice) in the designated position in neither the .bin nor the interpreted .hex file. And yes, I considered the offset of 0x1000 that the MBR creates.

What am I doing wrong here?

Hi,

You can also alternate between s132 v.2.0.0 and v2.0.1 if you want to test SD update.

The FW ID can be found in the following hex record:

:1030000010FFFFFFDBE5B15100C001008100FFFFB1

where 8100 is the FWID

Great, thank you! As I did not find the :1030000010FFFFFFDBE5B15100C001008100FFFFB1 in the hex I used (and renamed --> there lies the problem), I found out that I somehow did not use the v.2.0.0 hex ...

I didn't know there was a v2.0.1, so I'll take that now.
