DCDC inductor resistance

To reduce nRF52 design thickness, I'm planning to use a low profile inductor on the DCDC converter. The low profile inductor has a higher resistance, compared to the recommended inductor. The recommended inductor has 0.3ohm resistance and 80mA max current. A low profile inductor has 2ohm resistance and 170mA saturation current and 220mA temp rise current. Both have a resonance frequency in the range of tens of Mega Hz. Does the increase in inductor resistance compromises the system functionality? Apart from the marginal increase in power consumption.
