How can I get microsecond time ?

Hello Everyone,

I am porting rf receiver example code which are available in another platform. I have used this rf module : www.amazon.in/.../B00NRQ3BIM

I am attach rf receiver example code which I want to port for Nrf51. rx.JPG

Now problem is I am failing to getting microsecond value. I have highlighted in attached JPG file there are used some microsecond values.
