ECHO command

HI, I want to send an "Echo" command to the nRF8001 using an ATMEGA328. Can some one suggest code for it ? How should the command be coded in a packet ?

If you are asking how can you "ping" the nRF8001, then this question should be directed to the other one as awneil pointed.
