nrf51822 BLE max range

Hello, what is the BLE max range w/out usin PCB antenna? And what range ll be if i reducing the connection interval down to the minimum 7.5ms, set Tx power to +4dBm using sd_ble_gap_tx_power_set and use 250kbps data rate? I think that range will be about 10m, is it right? Can i use 2.4GHz Ceramic Chip Antenna(such as RFANT3216120A5T fo example, power gain 2dBi), what will be the result?

It depends on the PCB design (size, ground place) as well as how well the Antenna has been tuned ( T or Pi circuit). All these things being somewhat ideal, you should get 10m without issue, but with such fast connection parameters, your link will drop very quickly..
