Why does not ble_app_beacon work?

I am using nRF 51422 SDK and SoftDevice v1.0. I succeed in building and loading blinky example from SDK v12.1. And I succeed in building and loading ble_app_beacon example. However, I can't see my DK while scanning. I know that the DK doesn't have Device Name, but I can't see any device list while scanning. Can anyone let me know what is the problem? I guessed that it is a problem of RAM or ROM address, so I modified the IRAM and IROM but the device was still invisible as before.

Plus, I use J link RTT viewer for debugging. In blinky example, I succeeded in SEGGER_RTT_WRITE_STRING(0, "Blinky"). But it still doesn't work in the other examples.
