Prototype current consumption high

Hi all, i development a FW with a low power and when i measure the power consumption using a nrf connector on evaluation board i have 2 ua, and it's ok. Now i have the some hw, on my prototype when i use a nrf52 and the consumption is very high 400 ua. I use an amperometer serial with a power supply to measure the current consumaption.

Somebody have an idea abou the reason?

I Add an eeprom memory and a accelerometer. Accelerometer for the moment is in power down, so it's no a problem. i Add some resisotr bu the gpio is pulled up to vdd, so i think that is not a problem. An other think that i don't understand is about the evaluation board, if i measure the current consumption with aperometer serial with a power supply i have a high consumption. Even if i use nrf current consumption connector the consumption is lower. What is on evaluation board that cause a higher consumption
