Date & time setting problem

My Nordic nRF51822 Smart Bracelet will not restore factory defaults so I cannot set date & time

Nordic Semiconductor does not produce Smart Bracelets. The nRF51822 is an integrated circuit which might be inside your bracelet. You will have to contact the producer of the bracelet for help with the product.
