How can I add uart service to mesh?

I am using nrf51822 and softdevice 7.3. I am working on the github mesh example. I want to add uart service with mesh, so that I can communicate with that particular device and it will not get shared with other nodes. Is it possible to add extra services with mesh network? If it is possible please help me with some guidelines.

It should be possible, have you tried? If you want to add the Nordic UART Service you can have a look at ble_app_uart on how it is implemented.
