Can't find BLE Peripheral after disconnect

Question

Hi, 
 After I've successfully connected my smartphone via nRF Toolbox's UART-BLE Service to my nRF52 peripheral, I tried to mimic the scenario when the devices get disconnected. This is done by disconnecting the device on the central/smartphone using the nRF Toolbox app. 
 However, if I were to try re-connecting back, the BLE scanner was unable to find my nRF52 peripheral. Is there something I'm missing out during the disconnection event on the nRF?

In order to restart advertising you could do something like the following: 
 void ble_on_evt(ble_evt_t * p_ble_evt){
 switch (p_ble_evt->header.evt_id) {
 case BLE_GAP_EVT_DISCONNECTED:
 ble_advertise_start();
 break;
 }
}
 
 The function ble_advertise_start() is the same one you used to start advertising the first time.
