HI, Can anybody give me the connections to a BMD-300 with nRF52DK and the steps to program a BMD-300 from scratch? Which document provides the information, if there is any?

By mentioning GND, do you mean GND or GNDDetect?

Hi Wojtek,

Are you sure the external device is programmed without connecting VDD_REF with VDD and GND pins(not GNDDetect)?

Because When I follow the connection you mentioned only the internal MCU is being programmed!! When I connect VDD and sending the recover command,I am getting the same error!

I am really sorry, but i have mislead you!

I am using 4 wires! Pin 1,2,4 and 5 on this picture. i forgot about Vtref

I have been using SWDap recently, and it did not need VTref pin, only SWDIO, SWCLK and GND. But Jlink does also need vtref

The problem was with the soldering of custom board. I followed the connection which Wojtek has mentioned. It is working now. Thanks for your support guys.
