Hi, The supported boards is documented in the release notes for nRF5 IoT SDK v0.9.0. Unfortunately, support for nRF51 chip is deprecated from v0.9.0. nRF51 IoT SDK v0.8.0 supports nRF51422 devices …

The supported boards is documented in the release notes for nRF5 IoT SDK v0.9.0. Unfortunately, support for nRF51 chip is deprecated from v0.9.0. nRF51 IoT SDK v0.8.0 supports nRF51422 devices (PCA10028 - nRF51-DK). You can find it here.
