On PCA10028 set VDDnRF to 1.8 V while keeping USB Debug

Hello, I would like to use the PCA10028 close to the conditions of a future custom board at 1.8 V (including I/Os) but I would like to keep the ability to do source level debugging via USB. Is it possible to just cut SB 9 and provide 1.8 V on the current measurement connector, while keeping the interface IC powered by the USB ? Or is it better to use an external jlink plugged on debug connector P18 (could you provide matching part #)? Thank you, Michael

The interface MCU won't be able to program the chip running at 1.8v. So you need an external debugger. If it's non commercial a segger jlink edu would work.
