bootloader_secure example does not compile on Windows

I'm trying to compile the bootloader_secure example for the 10040 dev board using make, and it appears the makefile was not updated correctly with the changes made to the SDK. I just downloaded the latest SDK from the website.

uECC.h does not exist anywhere in the SDK.

Here's the output:

The uECC library is an external library that is not a part of the SDK and it must be installed by the user. You can find a step-by-step install guide on this infocenter page.
