nRf51822 & s130, Can Gatt Service dynamically be registered or unregistered?

Can Gatt Service be dynamically registered or unregistered after start advertising with nRF51822 & s130 ?

It has nothing to do with advertising, but after you have enabled the SoftDevice you can only add services, not remove.

The only way to remove a service is to disable the SoftDevice. See this for more information.
