The datasheet specifies the pull to 13k typical value, is it possible to set another value within the range specified in the datasheet?

The datasheet specifies the typical value of the internal pull resistors. You can only select to enable pull-down/pull-up, not select the value. The min. and max. values specifies the variation in the resistor value. If you need another pull resistor value, you can attach an external pull resistor.
