NRF52832 BLE Certification

NRF52832 is bluetooth pre approved SoC. So still need to pay Buetooth SIG to sell my Bluetooth based product in INDIA ??? Can i Sell non Certified product Without FCC CE in india and non certified Bluetooth ? Is there any RisK ??

FCC is the regulatory standard for the US, and ETSI (CE) is the regulatory standard for Europe. I would think that there is a such standard for India as well.

Regarding selling non-certified Bluetooth product: It is not allowed to sell a non-certified Bluetooth product or a non-certified Bluetooth compatible product.

The nRF52832 with the S132 softdevice is a Bluetooth qualified design, and has a QDID. The process for qualifying a design based on a product with a QDID can be found here.

Can you please provide me samples of Test Declaration and Test Evidence Reports. I m new for all this system. I m a programmer.How does nordic help me for my Custom board design. Already developed hardware and now working on Software part. Its only one time payment for Listing & Declaration Fees​ ? or yearly ? and what about BQE, BQTF compulsory ?
