how to customize bootloader?

hi im using sdk v6 and when i turn my board on it goes to bootloader and i can upload my program into it . the problem is that i want it to run to my main program after reset and when i want bootloader i ask it from android program and upload it from there. just guild me to read what from where . is there any documentation that help me to edit bootloader for myself?

I am afraid that we do not have any documentation on how to modify the bootloader other than what you find on our Infocenter and on developer.nordicsemi.com.

The bootloader should branch to the application if there is a valid application present on your device, i.e. you should not have to upload the application every time you reset the device. Or did you mean something else?

No, the bootloader and the softdevice should both be flashed to your device. You can then upload the application via DFU and if you reset the device then the device should start in the bootloader which will in turn will start the application.
