max receptor, nRF24LE1

I need to pass a bit, to 500 recipients in a closed room. My doubt is, 500 receptors works simultaneously without interference?

Ref. to buy: www.ebay.com/.../251458486443

thank you.

  • Hi,

In order to have 500 nRF devices talking in one room, you will have to use/develop a RF protocol that handles this properly. If this works will all depend on the amount of data going back and forth between the nodes in this network. Note that developing a mesh network, especially with these requirements towards the numbers of nodes, is not straight forward. It's been discussed in this forum as well (search for mesh network).

The amount of traffic between nodes will have a great impact on this application. Have you considered ANT? This is a protocol developed by Dynastream (www.thisisant.com) ANT devices that we provide are:

    • nRF51422
    • nRF24AP2 (Two-chip solution, needs external MCU)

    Best regards Håkon
