Download nRF51 SDK without Eval/Dev Kit

I bought the nrf51822 chip itself, and created my own board. Now, can I still download the nRF51 SDK as per nAN-29?

I am stucked with the download page asking for product key - I am more than happy to send you photos of the chip and the board.

You need the SDK! Please register a support case in our support portal so we can provide you the SDK. Log in on www.nordicsemi.com and press the "Technical Support Team" link at the bottom of the webpage.
