how to buy nrf51822 with the low power comparator

Hello, I am working with nrf51822 on my pcb design by myself, I read temperature from chip, the result is about 90deg, (I have div by 4 for 0.25 deg) it is impossible for the chip, my chip PAN is nrf51822,QFAAC0,1330CV. I try to read your develoment kit pcb, the result is same. would you tell me what is error?

another question is I want to use low power comparator for temperature measurement, but how can I buy a nrf5182 with the comparator now?

How do you read out the temperature? I'd recommend you to use the functions from nrf_temp.h in the Include/ directory of the SDK, since that corrects for the PANs. Also remember that this measures die temperature, which will most often be higher than surrounding air temperature.
