From the SDK ,We can find this:

The least amount of connection time is 25ms , is it can be set 10 ms ? how ?

Yes, you can set the minimum connection interval to 10 ms like this:

#define MIN_CONN_INTERVAL MSEC_TO_UNITS(10, UNIT_1_25_MS)  //10 ms

The SoftDevice support an connection interval in the range 7.5ms to 4s.
