nRF52-DK not advertising after code(hex file) is dumped into kit

We are trying to dump SDK 12.1 examples and advertise the example, we used Segger embedded studio to dump the code, bps example. we followed devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ to import embedded project from keil. If keil is used , we are able to advertise the example

Have you added the SoftDevice to the Loader? And running the application by selecting Debug -> Build and Run ?
