DAP Electrical specification

Hello, I'm looking for details on the nrf52 DAP signals SWDIO and SWDCLK. Such parameters als min. time high, low to Z, clock duty, maximum frequency, minimum frequency etc. Are these parameters documented anywhere?

It's an ARM component so all the documentation is on the ARM infocenter.

is one guide which has timing information in it.

Thanks a lot. I searched (and found) a lot of documentation on the ARM infocenter, but I wouldn't have found that documents without your help!
