Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any such adapter, and even Wahoo, who made one of the most common such adapters, recommends using a 30-pin-to-Lightning adapter hereTitle:
You can continue using your ANT+ Wahoo Key with other ANT+ sensors as long as you have the lightening to 30-pin adapter for your iPhone 5. You can also use ANT+ sensors at the same time as Bluetooth Smart Sensors.
I'm therefore afraid that's what you'll have to do...
