Hi, From the doc : infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp, I found that the HF CLK is 64MHz. My custom board has 16MHz Xtal Clock. Will the softdevice work accurately, timing wise, if 16MHz is used instead of 64MHz? Thanks.

That link points to the nRF52 product specification. S130 is for nRF51 which can use a 16MHz crystal, but the HF CLK is only 32MHz. For nRF52 you should use S132 and then you will need a 32MHz crystal and the HF CLK will be 64MHz.
