nrf51 dk app stopped working

nrf51 dk with 51422 device (10028) was running in Segger Embedded Studio example imported from IAR / Keil ble_app_cscs_pca10028_s130 SDK12.1.0 was just fine. I loaded couple more examples, then loaded back ble_app_cscs_pca10028_s130 and it is not working anymore. Anybody had this problem? Even tried to do all over again from scratch, no luck, debug keep circling from address 0x0 to 0xc2 . hex file still working for this example, ble_app_cscs_pca10028_s110 SDK8.1.0 still working in SES. Tested in windows 7 64bit.

Have you flashed the s130 softdevice?

I did, it goes to a different internal loop in system memory.

Have you tried to erase the chip first with nRFgo studio or similar? Can you post your hex file here so I can try it?

I did erase the chip first with nRFgo studio. I don't see see any hex files created by SES.

To create the hex file, go to: "project 'ble_app_xx" -> Edit options -> Linker -> Additional output format. Hex-files should be located at \arm5_no_packs\Output\nrf52832_xxaa\Exe in the project folder. Send it to me so I can try it here.
