Now,I can start ble, but how to stop all ble function?

I write a function, It can read ok without BLE starting. When I start the BLE , the function can not run. So I think that , if I can use some function to stop the stop the BLE, When my function code run ok and save the data ok , I restart the BLE.

So, I need somebody to help me, tall me that how to stop the BLE by some code calling.
