I would like to know, by using nRF528322 Development Board can we dump the code into another hardware like custom nRF51822 microcontroller..??

If Yes, What are the pin configuration of nRF528322 Development Board (Like SWDIO, SWCLK pins)

I don't understand. You want to compile code for the nRF52? But flash it to an nRF51? Why?

I find out the pins which are required for flash custom nRF51822 microcontroller using nRF528322 Development Board pins.

Yes, the nRF52 DK should be able to program nRF51 chips.
