Flying Cirquit, ist there a chance that it works????

Hi Community, many thanks for reading!

I have built a Breadboardadapter for an ISP1302

There is no Groundplane or design rules. Yes, it is a HF Nightmare :-) Programming works fine, but i get no connection to my smartphone.

Is there a chance that it works?

I don't need a good solution, i only need a connection for a few seconds to check the right wiring to another MC for a PCB Prototype.

Many thanks and best Regards, Michael

  • I have some experience with the Insight SIP modules and this should work if you use the internal ceramic antenna. To do so, you have a connect the pins 6 and 7 of the ISP1302.

Are you able to see the ISP1302 module advertising ? It is based on a nRF51 SoC, so you could use the sample beacon application in order to test it.

The footprint of all IPS modules is quite small. You build a quite funny test setup here ;)

  • Hi Christopher!

Pin 6 and 7 is connected. I read the Datasheet from the ISP1302 and nRF51822 many Times.

I use the S130 Softdvice with the UART Application and the nRF Toolbox. On the DK51 Demo-Board and different China nRF51822 Boards all things works fine. This will be the last Test before i made a first PCB Prototype. From different Reasons this Prototype is very expensive. I do not want to waste more money than necessary.

OK, i will start again from the beginning and hope to find a bug.

But I am very grateful for any further tip.

And Thanks for the "quite funny test setup" :-)
