Challenges with bluetooth in the subsea market

I am looking into possible use of bluetooth in the subsea business, but i need to get som questions answered. I hope some of you can help.

1. Can a bluetooth device withstand a exturnal pressure up to 300 bar?
2. Is it possible to send signals through fluids and metal?

Bluetooth LE works in 2.4 GHz frequency. At this frequency water adsorbs all RF power, this is why microwave oven operates with this frequency.

Best if you use ELF (as used by submarines to communicate).
