how to change usb endpoint packet size

I want to change usb in/out packet size after hal_usb_init().

as I know, it should make one report descriptor and update.

But I can not see similar demo and related api. Could you tell me how to do and related api?

Hi my scenario is this: first, I finish hal_usb_init(), in this function, it has set packet size. But when usb is working, if I want to change transfer size, how can I do?
