Please suggest me the RF transceiver which can support 420 to 450MHz, 600 to 620MHz and 1390 to 1440MHz. Baud rate =200Kbps

Hi,

Nordic Semiconductor does not have any devices supporting all the bands you are listing. You can find an overview of our sub-GHz devices here. Newer devices are 2.4 GHz only.
