Beacon and BLE device

Hi, I have my nrf52 DK. I would like to advertise as Beacon and be BLE (which I can connect to via iOS app) device at the same time. Do you know any examples of this kind of application? Or can you tell me how I should start looking for informations about this kind of implementation.

There is a beacon example in our SDK. This can be used as a starting point for an iBeacon application.

There are no connectable beacon examples, but there are many other examples of connectable peripheral devices in the SDK. It should be easy to change the advertisement data to your required beacon data and setup that the device should change from connectable advertising to non-connectable advertising on when entering a connection. A good staring point is the BLE UART application. You can also edit the beacon example to make it connectable.
