Serialization for S310?

I want to sync some information and control code between Nordic and our CPU(ST), so I need to study serialization function. But I only have serialization function sample code for 51822, not 51422.

1. Do you have serialization function for S310(51422)?
2. If item 1' answer is no, do you have any suggest for I need modify serialization function to run on S310(51422)? How many time I will take for this job? What should I pay attention?

Dynastream is providing the S210 (ANT) and the S310 (ANT+BLE) softdevices. They will also be the ones making a serializer for those softdevices. We have heard interest for serialization for S210 and S310 from several customers lately. Dynastream have communicated that they are planning to create the serialization for both of those stacks. However, I have not heard about their timeline for it. I would suggest that you ask Dynastream directly for more details.

If I only need to control BLE without ANT, can I move serialization function sample code from 51822(S110) to 51422(S310)? What is difficult for this job?

Actually, we want to control BLE or transfer BLE data through UART and control ANT and transfer ANT data through SPI. So we own our interface for ANT between Nordic and our CPU(ST), we only put serialization function sample code on 51422.

Hi Elliot

I had a chance to try out your suggestion by doing only BLE serialization on the S310 stack and it works without any modification. I followed the setup information here to connect two nRFgo motherboards together with nRF51422 development kit boards on both sides. Then I flashed the S310 softdevice instead of the S110 softdevice and modified RAM and ROM settings in the ble_app_connectivity example to fit the S310 stack, see attached image.
