I guess the definition is incompatible with your declaration, but I don't know what you are doing. Maybe you can explain a bit more? What SDK are you using? What example? Have you modified it? Maybe include the code that triggers the error?

i am using sdk12, i am trying to modify ibeacon application, so that i can update major/minor id using mobile application
