Installing micro-ecc

Hi, I'm tring to installing micro-ecc,but I don't know how to get the mircro-ecc GitHub repository. I had read the guidance like the following,but it couldn't help me.

3.Clone the micro-ecc GitHub repository into InstallFolder\external\micro-ecc\micro-ecc.

The link is github.com/.../micro-ecc as in the instruction at step 3. On Baidu search "micro-ecc" it's also the top result.
