media button become invalid when ble mouse reboot and connected to PC

When I connect my ble mouse to the PC win8.1 , media button works normal.

When I power off and power on my mouse, it reconnected to win8.1 PC quickly, sensor ,left button,right button works well but media button.

I must remove ble mouse from win8.1 and research my mouse and connect it media button work again.

Why this happen? How can I make media button always wokes well when mouse connected to the win8.1PC?

I just program it with nRFgo Studio and firmware use this C:\Program Files\Nordic Semiconductor\Master Control Panel\3.5.0.8226\firmware\pca10000\MEFW_nRF51822_0.9.0_firmware.hex

It;s that be ok?

And I get some log from it, but when I press the button it causes nothing, so how can I reappear the problem with MasterControlPanel ?

I just do like this:

1. plug the dongle and program MEFW_nRF51822_0.9.0_firmware.hex into it with nRFgo Studio

2. Run the MasterControlPanel start the dongle server

3. Scan for devices

4. Select my ble device (nrf51822)

5. press the Service button to discovery service

6. I try to enable some service in HID service but not work, I know which UUID relate to media button

where to get the event data ? How can I find is it work or not?

Hi,

You will have to bond to the device, and then press "Enable services". Then you should get notifications from the mouse.
