NRF51 DK - does it have any usb drivers?

Fight continous! I have NRF51822 chips and today i got NRF51 DK motherboard. I wanted to flash it according to tutorial found here: devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../. After some troubles (broken links, hard to find softDevice) I downloaded NRF SDK 11. As mentioned i also extracted it. Didnt started executables from there. I downloaded softDevice S130 v201. I also downloaded command line tools 9.2.1. After connecting motherboard to usb port i had for a while "searching for usb drivers for device" and later it finished with failure. Now each time i connect motherboard i get sound like "access denied". I tried also erase everything from board with nrfjprog --erase all but it says that there is no device. I also went to control panel/device manager - in other devices it has CP2102 USB 2 UART Bridge Controller with yellow "!". How to update/download driver for it? Please advice.

PS: I downloaded driver from www.silabs.com/.../usbtouartbridgevcpdrivers.aspx But still nrfjprog says: ERROR: There is no debugger connected to the PC although it is connected it even has red led on motherboard (SPD LED).

Try to install the jlink drivers: www.segger.com/.../jlink "J-Link Software and Documentation Pack"

I did - no results. Tried on windows 7 and 8. I use WaveShare NRF51 DK. It lights up the SPD led after connecting for 10 secs, and then led turns off. Is it normal behaviour? I am not sure if board is damaged or maybe a wire, but dont have another to check it.

@Kalreg: You mean you are using this www.waveshare.com/nrf51822-eval-kit.htm ? It's not Nordic's development kit. There is no programmer on it. You need an external programmer (or a Nordic's DK) to program the chip.
