Softdevice fault handler with PC=0x11150

Hi, After couple minutes of running my application catch softdevice_fault_handler with program counter set to 0x11150. Can you tell me what may be a reason of this error?

I am using SD132, Sofdevice 3.0.0, SDK 12.1 runnning og PCA10040 v 1.1.1(and 1.1.0). I am running application with FreeRTOS uinsg various features like timeslot,radio notification and fds.

I am pretty sure I didn't face this issue on SDK11 (at least for sure not so often).
