nRF51822 Smart Beacon Antenna

Hi, What should i do if i want to place my own antenna into the nRF51822 bluetooth smart beacon? Should i remove the Circled area ? Thanks!

Hi. A "Bluetooth chip PCB antenna". Are you meaning something like this chip antenna?

I didn't hear about an antenna that can be both chip and PCB at the same time.

Don't remove C4 and L1. Those parts are for antenna tuning.

However, the value of the parts will vary.
