Tx Power is weak

Hi,i use the nRF51822-PSV3.1 Schematic diagram.The chip set 4dbm tx power,

then i test the test point(C6) as follow,2402MHZ and 2426 MHZmax power is 2.7dbm, 2480MHZ max power is 0dbm.How to improve this problem?

Try changing the value of the inductor L1 (up or down). If that doesn't do it, try a lower value of C4 and possibly also a lower value of L3. Measure the harmonics as well to make sure they don't become too high.
