termite3.3 is not displaying the received data

i am testing the ble_uart programme. i am using the nRF51822Ek and soft device s130_nRF51_2.0.0 and nRF5 SDK v12.2.0 and keil uvision5 and nRF tool box (android).i am using terminal termite3.3 for transmitting and receiving the data.now problem is

1. if i am transmitting the data from termite.that data was shown in tool box like data was received.

2. BUT if transmitting the data from tool box.that data was not appearing in termite terminal.but in tool box it is showing data was sent.

why the received data was not appearing in termite.

why it was only showing transmittedScreenshot (4).png data

thank you, I was sending "HAI" from termite.At that in my mobile i was able notice that "HAI" received.Now I am sending "HELLO" from my mobile(NRF toll box).But I was unable to notice that received text(HELLO) in termite.But in mobile it was showing "HELLO" sent.
