nRF SDK external device not detected

I'm using nRF SDK and trying to write firmware to my prototype device. However, nRF SDK doesn't detect my prototype device. I checked the power supply to my prototype device, and looks okay.

Hi Kristin,

The problem is before programming. nRF SDK doesn't detect my custom board, which means "nRF5x Programming" of nRFgo Studio doesn't become active. Attached please find a slide.

I tried to use Segger J-Link Lite instead of nRF SDK. It worked! I could program successfully.
