The QFP version of the nRF52 has a reference PCB design layout, which is shown on the eval board. For example, if you look at the schematic for the PCA10040 board (pages 9-12), you can see how all the traces, vias, and ground planes are laid out.
Does something similar exist for the WLCSP, BGA package? We need the analog components and the BLE antenna to function well, so we have concerns about routing. Please let us know where we might find this information. Thanks.
