use radio in raw mode

hi dear Engineers!

the questions is it possible to use RX RF reciever to estimate the average BW RF signal input power like I do it in Semtech 433/868 RF SoC to make desicion about EM field exist. Just for power issues, before turn on all functionality, just measure EM field strength. Also, for (433/868) it uses for analysis of signal jamming.

not exactly, I need signal before the RF Discriminator, just in BW level field signal strength. in that schematic, RSSI measured for BLE standard packets type (i guess).

The application in the blog post scans the 2.45 GHz band, and measure the RSSI of the packets received, I think. It seems to be independent of BLE.
