nRFgo Studio can't detect nRF52840PDK

hi,all. when i first time connect nRF52840PDK to PC, and open nRFgo Studio, but encounter this problem: no device detected.

I click recover button many times, but no help. how i should do?

need to installe the latest nRF5x Command Line Tools (v9.3.1), that update j-link to version 6.12a .
