Reject when whitelist empty

Definitely Confused

Is there a way to reject requests when the whitelist is empty? I support clearing out the whitelist, but after clearing out the whitelist I would still like to reject connection requests. Is there a way I can do this with the whitelist functionality?

    So the whitelist won't filter connection requests if it's empty. So you won't be able to reject connection request in this case. But if you don't want to connect to anything you should use non connectable advertisements or simply not advertise unless you are in "bond mode" or you have entries in the whitelist.
