Meander Antenna Keepout zone

Hello,

I am going to us the meander antenna from the nrf51 usb dongle. Are there any drafts with correct dimensions? And second what should be the minimum distance between the antenna and the ground plane? In your reference design of the usb dongle it is 1.7 mm.

You can find a link to the hardware files of the USB dongle there.

To summarize, the reference designs give good results and it is recommended that you follow them.

Changing the distance to the ground plane affects the capacitance between the antenna and ground, which in turn can affect the antenna performance unless this is compensated for.
